on one side on knee joint I have reduced kneee gap my leg was injured for year due to excess weight lifting(repetation aound 400 times a day liftifing 80 kgs after whi bending in back the exercises I continued inspite of pain as I dindnt recnise the pain is due to this weight exercise I could not walk for 6 months Is the gap due to this knee injury the mri shows otherwise normal ligament tendons etc And is there any exercise to increase the gap again I am taking cetyl myrisstoleate angd glucosamine tablets?
