Hi! An individual's height is determined by his genes ( given by parents),nutrition & physical activity. Since you cannot do much about your genes you need to concentrate on your diet and exercise to achieve your full genetic potential. You need to take a diet balanced in calories (whole grains), proteins(beans, peas, lentils, soya) and vitamins & minerals (fresh fruit & green vegetables). Also an exercise plan to specifically work on your spine & lower limbs. Do consult a dietitian
and a fitness trainer to develop an individualised diet plan & exercise schedule to get to your target. Best of luck!
