How To Heal Paining And Swollen Testicles After A Hit?
I was playing soccer and they kicked a long ball to the forward and I went for the ball. My right leg wrapped around the guy and my left testicle hit his hip bone. I fell down and when I got up everything just started getting dark and I felt like I was going to pass out...got out the game sat down and everything went back to normal...no pain...when I got home I felt like there was now 3 testicles instead of just two. I have no pain unless I touch it...I did a self examination and on my left testicle there is a big lump coming out of it...any ideas?

I have gone through your question and under stood your concerns. Intense pain after getting hit on testis is something normal. You said that after some time there was no pain and when you returned home, you observed a lump in the scrotum. It appears to be hematoma called hematocele because of the injury. You need an ultrasonography of the scrotum to look on testis, If there is big hematoma and disruption of the testis, I will need surgical exploration to evacuate the blood and repair the affected testis along with careful examination of the associated structures like epididymis. But first you need to see a general surgeon or a urologist who after clinical examination will plan further course of action. For the time being use scrotal support and tab paracetmol 500mg 8hourly for pain relief. Wishing you rapid recovery.

The appearance of the third testicle is indicative of a hematoma formation.
