How To Heal Painful L3 Bulging Without Surgery While Having History Of Laminectomy And Discetomy Operation For L4 And L5?

dear dr, I have undergone laminectomy and discetomy operation for L4 and L5 in 2009. since then I was observing back pain often. a month back my both legs were paining and sincerely I went to the (Neuro surgeon who operated) Dr and got it scanned. My Dr.says that L3 is bulged and need surgery. Iam scared for getting operated again. Pl help an alternate method to avoid operation. regards Kumar Hyderabad India

Once you go through a disc surgery, above and below disc can herniate. Before choosing surgery i would like you too start physiotherapy and pain killers. if pain subside you can avoid the surgery. If Pain persist but you have to think about surgical option.
