How To Heal Pain In Ulnar Side While Lifting Weight?

3 months before I lift some weight from my wrist support but i can't hold it & pain start in my wrist (from small finger side). It may be TFCC injury in starting days i cant rotate my wrist but after some time it going better & i have no pain in it. Now days I cant lift weight if i lifting weight i have pain in my ulnar side. what is solution. Plz tell me sir

Hi,

I have read your query.

You should avoid weight lifting for about 1 month more. If pain still occur with heavy wight lifting then you should get x -ray of wrist done in AP and Lateral view and discuss it with your doctor.

Apply hot pack over wrist for 30 mins in morning and evening.
