About 2 years back when i was dressing, the bra strap came off and hit my breast. There was a sharp pain but no bleeding or any abnormalities involved. By chance, i noticed a tear between my nipples and areola which seems partially adhered. (a line is visible as you can see that the nipple is not adhere to the areola flawlessly) There were twice when i accidentally applied force on my nipple (such as pulling force), the tear will open again and i can vaguely see the adipose tissues. It will heal again a few days later. Any treatment is required for the tear to heal completely??
