How To Get Rid Off Pain And Swelling After Knee Replacement?

had knee replacement 2 1/2 months ago alot of pain and swelling. today they had to aspirate 54 ccs from underneath the cap why does this happen.....swelling came down in alot of pain started antiobiotic agony they said soft tissue on the right side of the knee cap?

I have studied your case.

As pre your history infection is likely diagnosis
DO NOT IGNORE INFECTION IN POST TKR .
You may need to investigate like CRP ,CBC,ESR
PCR culture is very useful to find culprit organism.

Send aspirate for diagnosis.

If infection is confirmed then debriedment is required .Persistent infection revision operation is required.
