Hi i have a lipoma in my right eye but its not showing yet, its under my upper eyelid and its slowing growing but doctor said it can be removed with an operation but i am not sure what i should do. Can you please tell me whats the best thing to do and is there anything else i can do to get rid of this?
Hello It seems from the history that you are probably having a lipoma or dermolipoma in right eye involving the upper eyelid. It is a common disease which affects the eye and treatment is by surgical excision. Few cases have deeper extensions and these have to be evaluated by CT scan to find out and remove them also to prevent incomplete removal and recurrences.
Hence I advice you to undergo surgical excision as advised by your doctor.
Thank you
