How to get rid of masturbation ?

is there any way to stop musturbation?? my boyfriend who is 21 is badly disturbe coz of this addicition. he's doing it since 4-5 years and his friend put it into it. now he wanna stop it,it depress him badly and i fear that he will sick himself. both of us are virgin. please help,i can't see himn disturbe.he also tried to tie his hand before going to bed but he still do it in his sleep,unintentionally. please help. is there are cure,any way to stop it,any mental support or any kinda medicine ? please help. thanks:(

masturbation is natural way to satisfied our urge.
some do it less some more,
just like some eat more ,some less
so accept it as natural process.
more u do to stop it,more it will create problem.
the only way to get rid it is do marriage and have sex
