Dont try to remove pimples by nails. It will aggaravate your problem.
For the management of acne you should take triphala vidang and nagarmotha mixed in equal amount 1 tsf twice a day with lukeworm water. In the meantime you should avoid spicy high calory diet. apply clarina ointment twice a day.

Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,

Squeezing or using nails to remove pimples can definitely cause pits and scars .You have few options here depending upon the availability at your place.
The best options would be to go for lasers (like fractional laser or co2 laser). If not lasers then you can go for derma roller treatment. Its a small instrument with needles ,which is rolled over the scars to cause collagen remodeling . This would finally help reduce your scars. All this requires multiple sessions .If scars are deep and punched out (box scars) ,then you can go for punch excision and replacement. You can also go for subscision in such a case.
Along with the above procedure you can also go for chemical peels to lighten up the pigmented scars.
So,discuss these possibilities with your dermatologist who is well equipped with lasers and other latest facilities.
