Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would advice that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen, which offers both UVB and UVA protection, throughout the day.

A skin lightening cream containing one or more of the following agents e.g kojic acid, glycolic acid, arbutin, hydroquinone etc can be used one or twice daily.

Meladerm and Melalite cream contain a potent steroid, mometasone and should never be used indiscriminately without the supervision of a doctor because of fear of steroid related adverse effects like acne, hirsutism, photosensitivity, skin thinning and telangiectasias etc.

regards
