Dermatologist 's  Response
as ur from western country and u have type 1-2 skin ,it is common to have reddish hue
but u r saying about more redness means u have sensitive skin
u need to protect ur skin from sun light ,wind, pollution
ur skin need barrier
apply good moisturizer and sun screen
u have no chance of having RAYNAUDS DISEASE as it mainly affect finger and only in cold environment.
better to consult dermatologist once
dont use much cosmetic product over body

General & Family Physician Dr. Anand Babu M's  Response
Hi welcome to Healthcaremagic

The above signs and symptoms are suggestive of Raynauds disease.. Raynauds disease is caused due to deficient circulation in the peripheries of the body.. The change in red to Blue colour is due to accumulation of the deoxygenated blood in the preipheries.. you need to be completely clinically evaluated and treated... consult a phycisian..
