How To Get Rid Of Acne While On Sebamed Cleansing Foam And Deriva Ms Gel?

hi doctor..i was apparently given sebamed cleansing foam and deriva ms gel for acne treatment. although it helped bt i frequently get breakouts. is it due to my regimen?. i use ahaglow face wash in morning followed by neutrogena oil free moisturiser and night i use sebamed ,neutrogena and deriva ms.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

You have been using the bright kind of treatment for acne but I guess it is not matching up to the severity of your acne.

In addition to the above,you could use a topical clindamycin gel for day time application over acne spots.

Oral antibiotics can also be added for 4-6 weeks to bring about rapid control of acne activity e.g either doxycycline or axithromycin.
