How To Get Pregnant?

Hello I m 25 yrs old my husband is 28 yrs old we been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now and there are no results. I m getting worried at this point I don t know what to do. What should I do I had gone to my doc for a pap and spoke to her about it but she said to wait for a year and if anything didn t happen that we will proceed with tests. But I do not want to wait a year can you tell me if there s anything I can do. Also sometimes my husband ejaculates clear stuff not a foggy white why is that?

HI,

Usually it is advised to wait for a year before seeking medical interference. But I understand your concerns and that you don't want to wait for a whole year. I recommend that your husband get a semen analysis done. I also recommend that you get a hormonal profile test done (estrogen, progesterone, LH, prolactin , TSH, T3, T4, FSH) and a pelvic ultrasound done to make sure everything is ok.
