How To Get Pregnant After A Miscarriage?
My fiance and I have been trying to get pregnant since December and he ejaculates inside me on a daily basis... I've been pregnant before by him, but a drunk neighbor kicked me in the stomach soon after we found out and we lost the baby... we've tried different positions that are recommended for better conception methods and still nothing... could there be another issue?

Since you were pregnant before I don't see any apparent cause for not conceiving. Since how long you have been trying for pregnancy. Please note that about 85% of couple conceive in the first year of marriage and 95% of couples conceive by the end of second year. So don't be stressed. Give time. You will get pregnant.
If it is bothering you first get baseline investigations like hormone assay, HSG, and semen analysis done. Based on the results, you can be treated.
To increase your chances of conception maintain normal BMI, quit smoking ( if you're a smoker) and have intercourse at least three to four times in a week.
Take a tablet of folic acid daily.
