I have a love problem grl left me after promises that she will never leave me ... due to that can t focus in anythng ... studies + parents are very stressed ... can t sleep widout lstng her voice syng gud nght ... if I sleep continously her dreams and Wierd dreams came ... no.more wish to.live ...

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I have read the query and I would suggest you to focus on your career,your hobbies like sports,music,etc.which will keep you busy as empty mind of yours will make you think of her.

You are young and have a long life ahead,if the girl left you that means she didn't love you at all and she is not all worth to think about her and spoil your career.Attractions are bound to happen at this age and I am sure you will get someone much better whom you deserve.

Its very hard to find someone who loves you unconditionally,its her loss to lose someone like you.Don't worry gradually things will be normal till that time you need to be strong,life is precious and there is no any reason in the world for which you should end it.And still if you find problems forgetting her there is no harm in consulting a psychologist to solve your difficulty.
