How To Gain Weight?

hi sir,
long ago i.e 2011 i suffered from nonspecific ulcerative colitis.it was cured completely. after 1 year sometimes bleeding has occured, then i was diognised by colonoscopy again, there was no colitis.
usually some times not regularly bleeding has occuring. my weight is around 49kg my height is around 5.6.ofcourse from my childhood i was thin only, but iam not geetin weight. actually i am doing research due to that i am having lack of sleep also, this is due t immune disorder please clarify my doubt?

Well come to HCM
If you do have history of colon disease (Confirmed) then the symptom of bleeding could be due to that only, but ideally this can not be taken as granted unless proved and in my opinion other etiology need to be found out, the most common cause would be fissures, this is not due to any immune disorder, hope this information helps, take care.
