I am a 32 year old diabetic, I recently had a bout of phimosis where my foreskin was very sensitive and smegma was trapped underneath. I would clean it as best as I coud...now that I can pull the skin back I've noticed some moles/skin tags. Should I be worried or is it scar tissue from the previous issue? Can they be removed or will they go away pn their own...it should be noted that my glucose was high and the irritation lasted from september to about mid-january.
Hello, Uncontrolled diabetes results in spotting of foreskin of penis and phimosis. Since you are able to retract the foreskin at the moment, there is no need to do anything except keeping your blood sugar levels in tight control and keep proper penile hygeine. If you get repeated attacks of phimosis or foreskin splitting, then best treatment would be to get the circumcision done. Thanks
