How To Cure The Condition Of Reactive Hypoglycenia?

Hello, I was just diagnosed with reactive hypoglycenia 4 days ago. I just started acarbose with meals and have zofran to help with nausea which meals tend to trigger. I was eating a very restricted diet for two years, gluten, dairy, soy and corn free. Cooked vegetables, limited fruit and grains. Nuts . . . I am starting to eat wheat and dairy products with the acarbose. I was on the restricted diet to combat abdominal pain which turned out through colonscopy a torutuous colon. My GI MD says my colon is twice as long as normal and he is amazed it can fit. I am not overweight. But exercise used to trigger hypoglycemia. I want to extercise now that I can eat more. It s been a few days. I do have a history of bulimia and the nausea now is so deja vu. The zofran helps so much. Why does zofran help and how do I resume exercise safely? Gratefully yours, Soozi who also has bipolar history only during two post partum episodes
