How To Cure Stomach, Knee And Neck Pain Of A Child?

My 4 year old is complaining of stomach, knee and neck pain. The pain in his stomach is in the middle above his belly button and the pain in his knee is behind his knee, the neck just came up today also he has started to run a fever for the last few days and has been super tired with little energy.

Presence of generalized pain along with fever is possibly due to viral infection.
Pain in abdomen may be due to gastritis.
If there is neck stifness(not able to flex the neck), irritability and photophobia, i would suggest you to consult Pediatrician to rule out Meningitis.
