How To Cure Sharp Pain In Chest Region ?

I have Fibromyalgia and for the past year I have had sharp pains in my rib cage that all I can do is lay down with a heating pad. My Primary Dr believes it to be from the Fibro. I also have chest pains daily that they ruled as Sinus Tachicardia but the two pains usualy go together. What do you think?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Fibromyalgia in rib cage with Sinus Tachy.
-Other causes of severe rib cage pains needs to be ruled out- like?shingles(Herpes Zoster)/tumour/ cord compression syndromes.
-Cause of fibromyalgia needs to be worked out with expert doctors. There are many causes -autoimmune diseases / Multiple Sclerosis/ infections.
Which go on creating loads of TNF.
Response to these toxic products causing Fibromyalgia could be modified with many drugs as follows-
Pain from toxic products of apoptosis causes reflex tachycardia,or could be from toxic(TNF-alpha) products itself.

-Low cost-Treatment Plan-
Steroids +
Low dose Methotrexate
with
(DMARD-Disease Modifying anti Rheumatic Drug-like)Planquenil(hydroxychloroquine)200 mg x 2-3 times a day
with Vit B12 1000 mg daily- would give your relief to start with .
This could be started as a single dose trial / with addition of more drugs if need be.

-In extreme cases following combination could be tried-
Anti-TNF- Drugs like Humira /Cimzia with
Gabpentine-300 mg x 3 times a day +Vit B12-1000 mg x daily,
Could be useful in extreme cases.

Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
