Hi my legs and arms have been very shaky my face goes red hot. And it feels like my heart is beating very fast. its happend twice to me now and it last for a full day. I have been smokin for 15 years and I have finally quit ive not had a fag for 11 days. Please can you help me thank you natalie.

The symptoms you are experiencing may be related to nicotine addiction. I recommend to take a betablockers to control your HR and to consult an addictolog to help you to quit smoking.
