I fell on my wrist snowboarding this past winter. It hurt pretty bad and I couldn't apply pressure to it. Then on top of this me and my friends would go to the gym. After it got better I started going to the gym and it was better for a while. Then it started hurting from lifting weights and I stopped. Now during the summer I was lifting and it was fine it started to bother me again. I gave it a rest for about almost a month now. I was just helping my dad shovel some dirt and the pain came back and it kept getting worse and worse till I had to tell him I had to stop. I'm worried if I have a sprain, broken bone, torn ligament, or what it is for something like this to keep happening.
