Hi,

Thanks for writing to us,,

Fearing crowd or the opposite sex is a commonly encountered problem that needs no medication. Only psychological management like behavior therapy can help you change that behavior. Kindly seek professional help by a psychiatrist/psychologist at the earliest.

Hope this helps,
Dr A Rao

Psychiatrist Dr. Abhishek Kapoor's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have social phobia and in that case, you need both anxiolytic with psychotherapy. Better to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for proper management. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise that would help to control such symptoms.

Thanks
