How To Cure Headache With Neck Injury?

hello, my name is vincent hill i broke my neck in june 2013 in january 2014 a v.a. doctor said that my neck had healed. however, i know for a fact that if it did, it didn t heal the right way! I m in constant pain, and I can t get comfortable laying on my bed in a prone position. I have constant headaches because of my neck injury. And i can t get my meds until i see my doctor or find a pain specialist. what should I do? and is there someone you could recommend?

I think that you have a neck injury. A neck injury is a soft tissue injury which is acting as a trigger factor for the headache. You should try to treat the neck pain which will help you. Here are a few basic things that you can try for the neck pain:
Ice the neck pain for 15 mins at a time every hour
Massage the area to reduce the swelling
Apply Brufen Cream to help with the swelling
Take Ibuprofen 400 2 times a day for 3 days

Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
