Considering your age group and BP chart you are most probably having a condition called essential hypertension. That means hypertension with out any obvious reason. Natrilax is a diuretic medicine and it is not usually considered as a good anti hypertensive. I would suggest you to consult a good physician and you have to undergo some base line investigations.Your doctor will prescribe you the proper medicines and you should to stick on with it.If your BP is not under control with medicines you may require some investigations to rule out conditions that might cause hypertension in young people. I would suggest you to take medicines regularly, please do not skip pills.Thirty minutes of exercise to be done.Eat less oily less salty food.Quit smoking.Try to have a relaxed tension free life.
Wishing you good health.
