How To Control Emotions?

Lots of overwhelming life events, most are horrible and terrorifying. Cannot keep my mind on one thing. My thoughts reel and with that come highs and lows of emotions. I m angry and violated, and cannot stop thinking about a million things. Never talk to anyone about events they are too horrible. I break down a lot. I try to stay strong but can t keep things straight. I make a lot of mistakes. I need help.I m sorry I don t have money.

HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have depression and due to depression, you have done number of mistakes. Sometime, during depressive episode, patients get cognitive distortion and due to cognitive distortions, they do blunder. In that case, you need cognitive behavioral therapy and that would help to change your thought process. Better to consult a psychologist and in case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
