How To Confirm Abortion Was Complete After Taking Cytotec?
Hi doc.I was about 2 months pregnant and i insert 2 cytotec pills vaginally all went well i believe after 4hrs i bleed and big clot of blood came out. Ive bleed for one whole week now so how can i be reassured that all is well and the abortion was a success. can i repeat the test by now .This was done on the 8th of Feb and its been 1 week three days since then.Im very concern as i still feel strange and nausea at times.

Pregnancy test become negative 7-10 days after using abortion pills. So you can take pregnancy test at 11th day after starting pill. But best confirmation is done by USG scan that also detect any retain product. And for you information abortion pill should be used under medical surveillance that decreased complication (excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion) and lead to successful abortion
