How To Combat Obesity?

Hello, I would like to know how to go about staging an intervention for my sister who is very obese and will not go to a doctor, and I feel she cannot deal with her problem by herself anymore. I live in Alberta and she is in a remote area of NW Ontario. Thanks for your help...

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Of course medical intervention may not have some thing to do . Except excluding the hypothyroidism, anemia, or hypovitaminosis Band A.
Rest is the self help. 1)avoiding calories, fats, junk foods, and oily foods. 2)practising morning walk, yoga, gardening etc.
3)minimise the sleeping time, late to bed and early to rise. avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
