How To Build Healthy Muscles In An Adolescent?

I m 18 years old young boy and im so skinny(thin), my weight is 50 - 52 kg s I want to make my healthy muscles but i daily smoke weed twice a day,is there any problem related with my skinniness. Or i don t like food much these days..sometimes i don t eat afternoon meal. What i have to do?

as you are in young age first you have to quit smoking otherwise you are at more risk for heart attack and lung problems in early age . to increase the muscle mass every day you have to do exercise Luke gym and take more proteins in the form of egg white , boiled chicken , curds, bananas . smoking directly not related to weight loss.
