Hi,

You are saying that your wife is 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. If you decided to stop this pregnancy (it is a pity though!), gyneaecosid is not the right pill used to stop pregnancy once it has occurred.

Mifegestone is the right pill to stop an unwanted pregnancy. You can ask your local OG specialist to get the pill.

It will give abdominal cramps stronger than when having menstrual periods and bleeding.

You can discuss further with your OG specialist.
