Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pregnancy cannot take place when you are on contraceptive pills.
A complete cycle of oral contraceptive pills consists of hormones for 21 days and iron supplements for rest of the cycle.
However, pregnancy will not take place when you are iron supplements alone.
If you want to conceive, you need to stop the complete cycle of pills altogether.
Complete fertility may take six months to return after discontinuation of pills.

Thanks and take care
