Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is important performing a comprehensive differential diagnosis between two possible causes that may lead to this clinical scenario: epilepsy seizures or psychogenic seizures. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam, an EEG, a brain MRI and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, etc.). In the meantime, I would recommend you to video record her during these episodes and show the video to the doctor in order to have a more professional opinion on the nature of these episodes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
