How Should Back Pain With Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?
i am 22 years old i start mastrubation when i was 16 nad i did it alot now i have lower back pain because of loosing alot of sperm and as well my sprem release timing is very badbad? please tell me what should i do for my back pain and increase my timing

Normal ejaculation time is more than 3 min. It usually increase with experience, confidence and reduction in performance anxiety. In drug treatment with SSRIs medicines like paroxetine/fluoxetine (prescription medicine) are helpful, which you can get after prescription from nearby psychiatrist.
