How Safe Is Taking Microgynon Contraceptive Pills?

Hello doc, I ve taken microgynon as emergency contraception. I didn t do any intercourse. We were just doing petting. But I worried that I can get pregnant so I took microgynon as emergency contraception after around 46 hours. A source told that to take microgynon as emergency contraception, I should take 1x4 pills as first dose and 1x4 pills 12 hours after the first dose. But after I took 1x4 pills as first dose and 1x4 pills 12 hours after the first dose, I didn t feel any side effect such many people written about it. That made me worried that the pills doesn t work, so I took one pill after the second dose. But, around 4 hours later I felt terrible headache, nausea, stomachache, and fever. After vomited and defecated, my stomachache and nausea eased. The next morning I still felt dizzy but not as bad as the day before. My body temperature hasn t decreased yet also. Because I felt not as bad as before I was back working on my computer for the rest of the day. But at the night I felt dizzy more intense again and my body temperature hasn t decreased yet. I had already taken analgesics and paracetamol to reduce my body temperature and headache. But the next morning (today) I still feel dizzy and I doubt that my body temperature has decreased. I want to ask you, are they all symptoms of the beginning of pregnancy or just reaction to microgynon overdose? Have I taken microgynon as emergency contraception in the right way?
