Hello,
I can understand the problem you are facing and your history regarding bleeding when you pass the urine.
As your doctor as told you that you are having Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) it will present with the symptoms of burning micturation, Difficulty in passing the urine, Pain while passing the urine and fever are the classical symptoms.
But it should be confirmed by urine examination. As you are started on antibiotics you need to complete the course and your symptoms will subside.
Fell free to put forward the doubts regarding this.
Thank you
