How long does the side effects of tetanus shots last? I had the booster shot last Wednesday and began with the the symptoms on Sunday , I have all the symptoms except fever, and the site did not cause a problem. The fatigue was the worse and my blood pressure became very low for several days. ...beginning 5 days later . I take blood pressure medication for hypertension Which always runs on the higher side The past three days, my bp. Average has been in the low 90 s over low 70 s but my pulse is high 115-120 range.
