Hello, If you re feeling dizziness or blurring if vision means you may be taking overdose which may cause hypotension during standing position to giddiness and blurred vision. In few patients they may experience drowsiness. Avoid high risk activities, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Please consult your physician he will check for blood pressure , also check for other possibilities of giddiness then he may alter the dose according to your blood pressure.
