How Long Can I Take 'omnacortil' For Swelling In Knee Joints?

I am 54 years old. H:165 cm W: 66 Kg. No Blood sugar but BP is there for which I am taking one tab(Tenermin 50) every day.
My present problem is that RA Factor is found positive in my blood report and I feel heavy pain and swallowing in both legs, hands, fingers, knee joints and neck. I was advised to take 2/3 medicine by the Doctor along with Omancortil 10 for couple of months ( in a reduced method). now I am only taking Omnacortil 10 ( one tab per day- half in the noon and other half in the night) and I feel much better.

My query is how long can I continue with Omnacortil 10? If I continue this tablet for rest of my life span, will it invite any other physical disorder in future?

Kindly advise.
