General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take care of these things, it helps in conceiving also [obesity [BMI less than at least 25, blood sugar levels, HbA1c normal, good sleep patterns, BP under normal limits and lipid]. Thyroid profile also affects a few individuals. FSH, Lh, GNRH ARE in evaluation of PCOD.

Treatment also consists of diet, yoga, weight loss [if BMI is more] and medication. Continue with a gynecologist for Metformin. Assure LFT and RFT tests are normal. If possible do ECG. Yes, Metformin [not to exceed 1500 mg per day] every day is to be taken.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
