How Is The Anal Sphincter Muscle Loosened ?
small thing ( 1 cm) passes easily through rectum but after inserting it 1 cm through it reaches the internal anal sphincter and gets hard to push it in....is this normal??

It is very normal , internal sphincter remains tightly closed in normal position so it resists and contracts more not to allow anything coming inside.

The above thing you said , is not normal.. it is suggestive of anal tags or wart, or dilated veins... it is not a major problem.. but you you need to be clinically examined and treated.. treatment is simple excision... nothing much to worry...
