How Is Swimmers Itch Treated ?

My 9 year old has had swimmers itch for a week. It was seeming to get better , but now its back with a vengance last night. Her spots are all coming back. I ve tried everything! benedryl , rubbing alcohal on the itch spots, soaked her in epsom salts. Anything I m missing? They look like chicken pox but she is vaccinated and hasnt been exposed.

please give the details about the lesions?i.e the site,size any associated feature?
it appears to be fungal infection. but my advice is to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated
if its due to fungal one then it can be treated by local antifungal creams under the guidance of doctor
