hello there doctor! I had a report about primary complex in children. Please help me to understand about the disease,what is the s/s ,incubation period,mode of transmission,different types,and what are the other important information's about the disease? thank you doctor!

Primary complex is due infection by tuberculosis for the first time.
It is seen in lungs on x-Ray .
It is treated with INH and Rifampicin for 6 months.
If not treated it may progress to progressive primary complex,plural effusion or cavity and ultimately leads to death.
