How Is Herpes Usually Contacted?

Hi, i've just received my results on an igg test for herpes, and it's 5.9. Igm is 1.3. I'm a 28 year old male and haven't had any symptoms, oral or otherwise. Just curious as to how likely it is i have herpes and when i have contacted it, most likely. The score sheet says the values are much too high for my age.
