How is bone marrow transplantation after having chemotherapy for actue meyloid leukemia ?

my relative name is siva kumar.age is 37. he is affected in actue meyloid leukemia . 2 times chemotheraphy is finished.but platlette count is not increased. some times increased . count 1500 is there. doctor said take bone marrow transplation . its any side is come. which hospital is best is take in tamil nadu.
