How Frequent Should Uterus Scanning Be Done?

Hi doctor,

I took a completed abdominal scan two months ago in which everything was normal, the test was taken in general.I want to know next when should i take the general examination scan of my uterus, pelvis etc....to know the general fitness of my body...

should it be taken every month..

1. There is no side effects from ultrasound till date ( no studies to document the side effects ) The safest / cheapest investigation as of today.
2.If you had scan 2 months ago what is necessary to have it now? You don't have to get scanned so frequently.
3.If there are no symptoms you don't have to get scanned. If you want general examination - yearly once will be more than enough.
