How Effective Is Papaya Leaf Juice In Treatment Of Dengue?

My friend s daughter has dengue fever and her platelet count is now 150K, but it seems her kidney is now affected the virus, and cannot flush out the toxic in the body, is this serious? What can be done to help her ? CAn she take papaya leave juice as normally given to dengue patients?
