I am Arun 26yrs old with weight 65kgs. Recently in the month of march I had undergone for chronics sinusitus FESS T SMR to rectify the deviated septum. I was asked to use ampoxycilin tablets (250mg ) 3 times a day.I was using from april till last week of may. Later I had stopped using them. Recently I have been to bangalore for an interview. Since it being a cold i had taken ampoxylin only twice a day.suddenly I came to know that he expiry of the tablets is 06/2011. after using those tablets the degree of cold had increased and the color of the sputum had changed to yellow.Just now I have been to doctor and he advised me to use alerfix. Is it fine to go ahead or should I go to another tests?.kindly suggest me in this regard.
