General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As you got osteoartheritis of cervical spines, in future you might get pinched nerve pressure causing backache, pain in upper limbs, tingling and numbness of upper extremities etc.
Take Calcium and Vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for physiotherapy to prevent further changes in cervical spondilitis.
Ok and take care.
