Time it yourself. Feel your pulse and feel the beat with a timer in your hand or clock. Or you can go to drug stores. At the medicine aisle, they have this thing that will check it for you and tell you how your blood pressure is and everything! =) It's cool. They have it at Sav-on <-- CVS maybe Rite aid and...definitely WAL MART =)
